Jesica Mendilaharzu

Born in Argentina and based in Miami for more than two decades, Jesica’s real estate journey began in 2004 in the vacation rental and hospitality industry. What started with managing short-term rental properties naturally grew into advising owners on investment opportunities, purchasing properties, maximizing returns, and eventually buying and selling real estate throughout South Florida. Over the years, many clients who trusted Jesica to help them purchase their properties also chose to entrust her with their ongoing management. Today, in addition to representing buyers and sellers, she continues to manage short-term rental properties for her clients, providing continuity and hands-on support well beyond the transaction.With more than two decades of experience working with properties and their owners, Jesica combines her knowledge of real estate, property management, and the short-term rental market to help both local and international clients make informed decisions—whether they are purchasing a primary residence, a second home, or an investment property. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is especially comfortable working with international clients and guiding them through the South Florida real estate market.Outside of real estate, Jesica loves traveling, spending time with her family, and staying active. Sports are a big part of her life, and she especially enjoys racquet sports, with tennis being her true obsession. She also works out regularly and loves starting her days early in the morning with some form of exercise. A full-marathon finisher, she values discipline, perseverance, and staying active—qualities that also shape the way she approaches both her work and her clients.
