Teo Palmieri, Broker/Owner
Originally from Rome, Italy, Teo lived in Los Angeles and San Francisco before making Miami his home. His diverse background includes serving in Italian law enforcement and a successful tenure in the U.S. hospitality industry. These experiences fueled his passion for working with people, eventually leading him to the fast-paced, creative world of real estate.
As a high-achieving professional, Teo has been recognized as "Agent of the Year" by Agent Magazine and featured in "Who’s Who in South Florida Real Estate" in 2016. In 2018, he was honored as a "Broker Finalist" in the same publication. Teo is also the author of the best-selling book, Keep it Real in Real Estate.
Teo is trilingual—fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian—and holds prestigious certifications including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC).
An avid adventurer, Teo has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, cycled 5,000 miles to Cape Nord, and rafted the Nile in Uganda. He is a former bull-runner in Pamplona and an elite runner with a half-marathon personal record of 1:20:53. Though a foot injury during a 2026 expedition to Ama Dablam in Nepal led to a dramatic helicopter rescue, his spirit for exploration remains unshaken. When not training for triathlons, he enjoys reading, the ocean, and time with his family.
