Ibrahim Emrah Yildirim

Originally from Turkey, Ibrahim Emrah Yildirim has built a truly international career, having lived and worked across Australia, the United States, Mexico, Uruguay, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel. His professional journey spans over 15 years and includes leadership roles in franchise development, hospitality, retail, project management, and international operations.

Emrah began his career managing large-scale infrastructure and technology projects in Turkey, including the nationally significant FATIH Project, where he oversaw the implementation of digital systems in over 100 schools across multiple cities. His transition into the hospitality sector marked the start of an entrepreneurial chapter, which led to the founding of Casa Del Taco, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant brand he successfully trademarked and operated.

His deep expertise in global market development has since taken him into high-impact roles across Latin America, the Middle East, and North America. From launching restaurant ventures in Uruguay and Abu Dhabi, to supporting hospitality projects in Tel Aviv, he has consistently combined strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.

In recent years, Emrah has served as Franchise Director for Cleopatra Ink, a global tattoo and piercing brand with over 140 locations. In this role, he has led the successful opening of 30+ franchise locations across the United States and Mexico. He manages all aspects of franchise expansion — from market research and site selection to permitting, legal compliance, and operational rollout. He also works closely with legal teams and immigration professionals to integrate investor visa programs, such as the E-2 visa, into the company’s franchise model, aligning business growth with global investor opportunities.

His global scope extends to establishing new companies and real estate developments in Mexico, where he led commercial space acquisition and construction projects. With a strong command of international business dynamics, Emrah brings together the vision of a strategist with the execution of a seasoned operator.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Emrah values personal growth and exploration. He spent time at yoga monasteries in Thailand, pursuing mindfulness and discipline through spiritual practice. These experiences continue to influence his leadership style and approach to business with a focus on clarity, balance, and purpose.

Emrah is fluent in English and Turkish, and currently advancing his Spanish language skills, which he actively uses in both business and day-to-day communication. In his free time, he enjoys discovering new cultures, learning, and living with intention — whether in the boardroom or in distant corners of the world.
