Upon visiting Miami Beach in 2001, like many other Floridians, I fell in love with the Miami Beach lifestyle.
The ability to walk out your door to a diversity of restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities are a few but not the only reasons I fell in love with Miami, and South Florida in general.
As time went on it was impossible not to grow an appreciation for the architecture and real estate in the area, both old and new.
Pursuing this passion I worked at the Port of Miami and then for a developer in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Since then over 10 years have passed that I have worked as a Realtor. I have seen many changes and helped many clients with relocation, purchasing second homes and managing investment properties.
Many times I hear how people came on vacation, fell in love with South Florida, and decided to move as soon as possible to their new “home”.
