Gary Martinez

Gary has getting to know the South Florida market since the 1970’s and has

watched it grow. “I love this place,” he says, “with its amazing diversity, glorious

beaches, high-rise views, and unsurpassed climate.” He brings a background in the

helping professions to the real estate business. He trained as a missionary with the

Catholic Foreign Mission Society, and worked in Los Angeles for many years as a public

school teacher and administrator. He brings the same passion and desire to be of

service to the real estate profession. He bought his first home in 1996 and served for 14

years on the board of a Homeowners Association. As a result, he understands the

stresses and contingencies involved in selling and buying a home. He is well-aware of

the desire people have to enjoy a beautiful home, protect the value of their investment

and provide an on-going heritage. He is committed to walking people through what is

seldom an easy process. His goal is to find customers attractive, safe, resilient, and

energy-efficient properties, allowing them to happily enjoy the Miami area’s living-

with-water-lifestyle far into the future.
