Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia to hardworking Italian immigrant parents, Daniel Scuderi grew up with strong family values and a deep appreciation for determination, resilience, and community. He pursued his studies and developed a strong foundation in finance while living in Australia, gaining experience that would later become the backbone of his career.

Daniel’s love for travel led him to Greece, where he met his beautiful wife, a moment that changed the course of his life. In 2012, he relocated to Florida, where he built not only a loving family but also a thriving career rooted in his passion for helping others succeed.

With a Realtor Sales Associate license and as the founder of Lendi Mortgage Group LLC, Daniel brings together the best of both worlds: real estate and mortgage finance.
